The award-winning ILLUMA™ system represents a holistic evolution into the next generation of energy-efficient lighting systems. Globally deployable in a broad range of urban and rural, residential, commercial, and industrial applications, it hybridizes a superior LED-based lighting system with net zero-energy and zero-carbon footprint power supply options.

Available as one-inch-diameter 2- and 4-foot lighting tubes that integrate structural heat sink housing and innovative semi-conductor light source, ILLUMA™ addresses and resolves four of the problems plaguing inherently energy-efficient current generation LED-based lighting, inhibiting its rapid adoption and implementation:

1) overheating;
2) brightness
3) lack of parts interchangeability;
4) cost.

The ILLUMA™ system achieves these breakthroughs through proprietary technology that combines a precisely regulated constant current operating voltage, and employs passive ventilation for self-cooling, total component part interchangeability, and a cost threshold that is 50% or less of comparable LED-based systems. ILLUMA™ delivers comparable lighting intensity, beam spread, and spectrum at 20% of the wattage of incandescent lamps; 30% of high intensity discharge (HID); and 50% of fluorescent lamps.

ILLUMA™ also offers a value-added uninterruptible power supply for critical systems in both steady-state and emergency situations, and extends these capabilities through impact resistance and sealed weather-proof construction. When deployed with solar PV or wind-turbine in combination with battery storage, the system is net zero-energy, zero-carbon footprint, and virtually perpetual. While ILLUMA™ runs optimally on desirable 24-volt DC current, it can also run on 12-volt DC, and 80 to 550 volt AC, single or three-phase power, essentially integrating all currently available electrical power options on earth.
